Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Talent Management Partner to design, run, and improve talent programs that boost performance and growth across the organization. You will lead succession planning, leadership development, onboarding, and change initiatives, partnering with HRBPs and executives.

A 5–7 year track record in Learning & Development or Talent Management, plus LMS/HRIS experience, is required.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in training and development, human resources, psychology, business, or related field; equivalent work experience acceptable.
5-7 years of proven experience leading Learning & Development or Talent Management within a mid-to-large company.
Experience designing, managing, and executing corporate programs and learning culture.
Ability to act as a strategic partner connecting business strategy to talent needs across functions.
2+ years Project Management with ability to operationalize strategies and timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead design and administration of company-wide Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
Develop and manage career pathing frameworks and competency models.
Oversee deployment of development programs (leadership training, mentorship) to close skill gaps.
Integrate diversity and inclusion into talent management processes.
Own end-to-end Leadership Onboarding and scalable onboarding journeys for leaders.
