Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to advance onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and leadership programs. You will coordinate programs, manage LMS, and support succession planning, mentorship, and development initiatives.

Responsibilities include designing training materials, coordinating logistics, and partnering with leaders to deliver programs that enhance growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in organizational development or talent development.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or employee development programs.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs and initiatives.
  • Design and distribute training materials, job aids, communications and development resources.
  • Monitor participation and feedback; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with leaders to coordinate development activities and external vendors as needed.

Job Summary

The Talent Development Specialist supports talent and organizational development initiatives that foster employee growth engagement and organizational effectiveness This role partners with the Director of Talent to coordinate and enhance programs such as onboarding learning and development employee engagement talent reviews succession planning leadership development and emerging talent programs helping to build workforce capability and a positive employee experience

You will Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs and initiatives designed to enhance employee growth engagement and organizational effectivenessResearch develop coordinate and facilitate learning and development programs for employees and leaders utilizing a variety of instructional methodsServe as system administrator for learning and talent management platforms maintaining program content employee data reporting workflows and related processesCoordinate and continuously enhance the headquarters onboarding experience including orientation onboarding activities employee integration efforts and feedback processesAdminister and support talent management programs and processes including succession planning talent reviews employee assessments 360 degree feedback mentorship programs leadership development and other employee development initiativesCoordinate and support internal development programs including professional development emerging talent internship mentorship and leadership development programsDesign and distribute training materials job aids communications and development resources that support employee learning growth and performanceMonitor program participation effectiveness and feedback; prepare reports and recommend opportunities for continuous improvementPromote awareness and participation in learning development and talent programs through employee communications and internal marketing effortsSupport employee engagement recognition volunteerism and culture building initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experiencePartner with business leaders and subject matter experts to coordinate development activities and deliver learning and talent programsManage training and program logistics including scheduling classroom and virtual meeting setup materials preparation communications and participant supportCoordinate with external vendors and partners to support learning assessment and development programsAssist with special projects and other Talent initiatives as assigned

You have Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration Education or a related field3 5 years of experience in organizational development talent development learning and development human resources employee engagement or a related fieldExperience supporting employee development onboarding talent management learning programs or organizational development initiativesExperience facilitating training sessions workshops or employee development programsWorking knowledge of adult learning principles and employee development practicesExperience utilizing learning management systems talent management systems or other HR technologiesStrong communication collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated project coordination organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skills attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsProfessional certifications such as SHRM CP PHR ATD or related credentials preferredEducation Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration Education Communications or a related field requiredEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
