You will partner with the Director of Talent to enhance programs and build workforce capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, business administration, education, or related field.
• 3-5 years in organisational development, talent development, or related HR fields.
• Experience supporting employee development, onboarding, and learning programs.
• Experience facilitating training sessions or workshops.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and HR technologies.
• Experience using LMS or talent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs.
• Develop and facilitate learning programs for employees and leaders.
• Serve as admin for learning and talent platforms, including data and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences and feedback processes.
• Administer talent management programs, including succession planning and 360 feedback.
• Design and distribute training materials and development resources.
• Monitor participation and effectiveness; report insights for improvement.
• Promote awareness of learning programs through internal comms.
• Support engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to deliver development activities.
