Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support talent and organizational development initiatives, partnering with the Director of Talent to enhance onboarding, learning and development, engagement, and leadership programs.

You will design and deliver programs, administer learning platforms, coordinate onboarding experiences at headquarters, and drive continuous improvement through reporting and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in organizational development, talent development, learning and development, human resources, or employee engagement.
Experience delivering training sessions and using HR technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs and initiatives.
Research, develop, and facilitate learning and development programs for employees and leaders.
Serve as system administrator for learning and talent management platforms.
Coordinate onboarding experiences and feedback processes.
Administer talent management processes including succession planning and 360-degree feedback.
Design and distribute training materials and development resources.
Monitor participation and effectiveness; prepare reports for improvement.
