Job summary

USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Talent Development Partner II to lead onboarding, leadership development, and learning design. You will partner with leaders to build knowledge, skills, and behaviors that support personal and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Training, or a related field.
• Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning programs.
• Ability to create eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Knowledge in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Familiar with supporting leadership development, onboarding, and professional development programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO), onboarding, and instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Lead workshops on leadership, professional development, compliance, operational effectiveness, and organizational initiatives.
• Create engaging learning experiences using discussions, simulations, role plays, and assessments.
• Support business units with role-specific training and use feedback and outcomes to improve program effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning courses, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and create onboarding, leadership, professional development, and role-based learning programs.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to develop high-impact training.
• Build and maintain content in learning systems and authoring tools and use analytics to measure effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Manage multiple learning projects, including schedules, communications, materials, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Track participation, completion, compliance, and program outcomes, maintaining accurate records and identifying process improvements.
