Job summary

orsa credit union is seeking a leadership development professional to design and deliver high-impact onboarding and development experiences. You will coach leaders, reinforce learning, and strengthen team performance within a collaborative, hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes practical tools, reinforcement, and outcomes across organization-wide leadership initiatives. The position requires at least 2 years in leadership development or related fields, with strong facilitation and coaching

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years facilitating leadership development, coaching, organizational development, or talent development initiatives.
Preferred: experience with leader assimilation, succession development, or onboarding programs.

Responsibilities

Facilitate leadership development experiences for leaders at various levels.
Deliver engaging learning using adult learning principles and experiential methods.
Provide coaching, reinforcement strategies, and performance support resources to leaders.
Support onboarding journeys and leadership transitions to accelerate time-to-effectiveness.
