Job summary

Process Alliance seeks an Employee Development Champion to strengthen our people-development systems and help associates grow in technical, client, leadership, and team capabilities essential to serve clients and sustain organizational health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational leadership, human resources, engineering, science, psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Master’s degree, leadership-development certification, coaching certification, or other relevant professional credentials preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in employee development, leadership development, training, organizational development, or related fields.
• Experience designing, coordinating, or improving development programs or learning systems.
• Experience collaborating with leaders, technical professionals, project teams, or client-facing associates.
• Experience facilitating workshops, mentoring programs, coaching conversations, or development-planning processes.
• Experience translating organizational goals into practical development content, tools, and routines.

Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and coordinate the employee development systems.
• Develop role-based technical learning paths, mentoring approaches, training content, and job aids.
• Coordinate workshops, peer learning, technical mentoring, and learning experiences.
• Connect development to project readiness, client needs, and staffing requirements.
• Track participation, completion, and evidence of development progress.
• Align development practices with execution expectations across PMO, Quality, Safety, and leaders.
• Support leadership development for emerging leaders and future business-platform leaders.
• Coordinate with HR and business leaders to ensure development complements performance and workforce planning.
