Job summary

Jane Street in New York, NY is seeking a Talent Development, Infrastructure and Operations Specialist to design the infrastructure and run operations for the Talent Development team. You will partner with a team of Talent Development Specialists who design and run programs from internships to leadership development, helping the firm scale, run, and evaluate our programming.

You will configure Workday LMS to meet learning and evaluation needs, design quarterly learning reports, and own operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program or project management, HR analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience running projects with multiple stakeholders from start to finish.
• Strong data and analytical skills and ability to pull data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Design and run infrastructure for Talent Development programs.
• Partner with Talent Development Specialists to scale and evaluate programs.
• Coordinate LMS (Workday) configuration to meet learning needs.
• Design and maintain quarterly learning reports showing trends and impact.
• Own operations of firmwide annual programs with HR involvement.
• Improve processes to scale with firm growth.
