Job summary

The Junior Talent Development Specialist at TRS supports mentoring, LMS, performance management, succession planning, and career development programs. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, helping administer programs, maintain records, prepare resources, and assist with evaluation and process improvements.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and eager to build expertise in learning, talent, and organizational development within a mission-driven NYC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in learning, talent, or organizational development is preferred.
• Experience supporting mentoring, performance management, or succession planning is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day mentoring program administration and logistics.
• Provide LMS administrative support and maintain course records and reports.
• Assist with performance management communications and documentation.
• Support succession planning and talent review activities and materials.
• Help develop career and employee development resources and communications.
