Job summary

Bloomberg’s Global Talent Development team in New York is seeking a seasoned Talent Development Designer to shape enterprise-wide capability building through inclusive, globally scalable, digitally enabled learning ecosystems.

You will partner with HR Talent & Inclusion Partners, business leaders, and regional teams to deliver AI-enabled, human-centered learning journeys, from design through global implementation and post-launch optimization, driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning or leadership development in global organizations.
• Ability to design and scale leadership and learning programs for diverse cohorts.
• Advanced proficiency in modern instructional design tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with adult learning, behavioral science, and modern instructional design practices.
• Influence and consult with stakeholders at all levels; strategic insight with pragmatic execution.
• Pivot between strategic design, hands-on content creation, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong program and project management skills with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, analytics, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders to build the business case for talent development solutions.
• Architect and deliver innovative, human-centered learning journeys using digital, blended, experiential and AI-enabled modalities.
• Drive end-to-end program development lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and feedback.
• Apply systems thinking to integrate development with enterprise talent strategies.
• Independently design high-impact content and flow-of-work tools; lead design sprints in a global team.
• Lead pilot launches to validate design and support regional delivery teams.
• Leverage psychometrics, 360s, and real-time feedback to enable growth.
• Partner with regional Talent Delivery teams to localize content with global consistency.
• Build measurement strategies to track learning impact and business value.
• Stay informed on research in adult learning, behavioral science, and AI enablement.
• Source global vendors, consultants, and thought leaders to ensure impact and scalability.
