Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of program or project management in leadership development.
Experience managing high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Workday Talent and Workday Learning.

Responsibilities

Manage leadership programs from design handoff through launch, delivery, evaluation, and closeout.
Coordinate participant nominations, onboarding, and enrollment for cohorts and executive sessions.
Run the operating rhythm for the leadership portfolio, ensuring high-quality participant experience.
Prepare briefs, run-of-show documents, and logistics for sponsors, faculty, and coaches.
Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership programs and outcomes.
