Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult education, training and development or related discipline required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
• At least three years’ related experience coordinating, developing, and facilitating live and virtual training programs.
• Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, onboarding programs, learning technologies, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, coordinate, and facilitate training programs and initiatives for staff.
• Collaborate with SMEs on program development, materials, and communications.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and HRIS/Culture Amp training activities.
• Support leadership development and performance management initiatives.
• Manage training platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Traliant) and track completion rates.
• Review and refine training content for accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor training effectiveness through participant feedback and assessments.
• Assist with budget development and expense reporting for professional development.
