Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Talent Development Specialist who partners with the Director of Talent to coordinate onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, leadership development initiatives across the organization. The role will manage LMS/TMS platforms, develop training materials, track participation, and report outcomes while enhancing the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, talent development, or learning and development.
• Experience supporting onboarding, talent management, or learning programs.
• Experience facilitating training sessions or workshops.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and development practices.
• Experience using learning management or talent management systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, ATD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support talent development programs to enhance employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and facilitate learning programs for employees and leaders utilizing various instructional methods.
• Serve as system administrator for LMS/TMS platforms, maintaining content, data, reporting, workflows.
• Enhance the headquarters onboarding experience with orientation and integration activities.
• Administer succession planning, talent reviews, 360-degree feedback, mentorship programs, and leadership development.
• Coordinate internal development programs, including professional development, emerging talent, internship, and leadership programs.
• Design and distribute training materials, job aids, communications, and resources.
• Monitor participation, effectiveness, and feedback; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Promote awareness of learning and development programs through internal communications.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, volunteerism, and culture-building initiatives.
• Partner with leaders/SMEs to coordinate development activities and deliver programs.
• Manage training logistics and vendor coordination.
• Assist with special Talent initiatives as assigned.
