Job summary

Service Specialists Ltd. partners with a leading engineering and professional services firm to recruit a Talent Development Manager to build and advance the organization's learning and development function.

The role blends strategy, instructional design, LMS administration, and cross-functional collaboration to implement scalable programs and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in L&D, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to translate business

Qualifications

8-10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
Hands-on experience administering, configuring, and improving an LMS.

Responsibilities

Lead development and continuous improvement of companywide learning initiatives.
Design onboarding, professional development, technical training, mentoring, and career development programs.
Partner with senior leaders and SMEs to identify skill gaps and develop learning solutions.
Create scalable training programs, learning pathways, and development resources.
Manage LMS configuration, course development, learning paths, reporting, and maintenance.
Lead multiple learning and organizational development projects from concept to implementation.
Consult with senior leadership to align development programs with business needs.
