BrandSafway is seeking a Director of Talent (Talent Management and Learning) to lead enterprise activities that strengthen leadership, develop workforce capabilities, and improve organizational performance. The role oversees talent management, training & development, organizational effectiveness, and engagement, partnering with senior leaders to translate priorities into practical programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in talent management or HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director role.
• Proven track record of driving talent management strategy.
• Experience in industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or similar field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an integrated talent strategy aligned with BrandSafway's priorities.
• Lead enterprise performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee the annual performance management and calibration cycle across the business.
• Strengthen leadership pipelines by identifying critical roles and developing future leaders.
• Lead employee engagement and listening strategy, including surveys and action planning.
• Guide enterprise employee listening and engagement initiatives, including vendor partnerships.
• Translate feedback and data into priorities to improve engagement and performance.
• Partner with operations and functional leaders to develop training that strengthens workforce capability.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to develop sales training and enablement programs.
