Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Strong experience designing and facilitating adult learning programs.
- Experience with leadership development frameworks or behavioral assessment tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership development strategies.
- Partner with the broader L&D team to deliver leadership programs.
- Create and deliver leadership learning experiences focused on engagement and growth.
- Measure learning effectiveness and business impact through metrics.
- Develop career development resources and coaching capabilities.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
