Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta seeks a Talent Development Partner to analyze, design, and implement effective training programs that improve performance across departments. You will lead content creation, support managers, manage the Learning Management System, and measure ROI.

You will partner with leaders to drive leadership development, organizational change, and provide actionable insights from training data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, organizational development, or talent management.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience using learning management systems and talent management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs across departments and design effective programs.
  • Develop engaging content and facilitate training sessions for managers and staff.
  • Manage Learning Management System accuracy, schedules, transcripts, and uploads.
  • Provide ongoing reports on training utilization and ROI to stakeholders.

This individual will play a critical role in creating engaging content, enabling managers, and facilitating training sessions. The TD Partner must be passionate about driving employee development through creative content, building leadership capabilities, and impactful presentations. This position also has responsibility and oversight of the Learning Management System to ensure accuracy of training schedules, transcripts, and uploads. The TD Partner collaborates with internal clients in areas that include strategic planning, performance improvement, and Project Management.
