Job summary

Grafton is seeking a Talent Development Partner to lead the full life cycle of organizational development, shaping leadership pipelines and readiness. You will consult with leaders and HR Business Partners to identify training needs, design content, and serve as the company's HR corporate trainer delivering sessions across regions.

You will apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, adult learning theory) to build scalable training content, career paths, and competency frameworks, supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR-related experience in training and instructional design, including leadership training content development and corporate facilitation.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to assess training needs and translate gaps into learning strategies.
Design and improve leadership development curricula and blended learning journeys.
Deliver in-person and virtual instruction for employee and leadership programs across regions.
