AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to co-support the implementation of strategies, programs, and processes designed to boost organizational capacity through assessment, performance management, engagement, succession planning, and leadership development.

You will help integrate enterprise-wide expectations into training and development offerings. The role supports improving management skills and career development for managers and leaders, partnering with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, HRM, Organizational Development or related field.
• 2+ years in progressive organizational development or leadership development.
• Change management capability at individual, team, and organizational levels.
• Proven track record working with HR and leaders to deploy enterprise-wide strategies and programs.
• Strong project management skills; experience with diversity/equity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of strategy, programs and processes to increase organizational capacity.
• Assist in performance management, employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development.
• Collaborate with talent management colleagues to integrate priorities into training offerings.
