Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, HRM, Organizational Development or related field.
• 2+ years in progressive organizational development or leadership development.
• Change management capability at individual, team, and organizational levels.
• Proven track record working with HR and leaders to deploy enterprise-wide strategies and programs.
• Strong project management skills; experience with diversity/equity initiatives.

This includes supporting the performance management process and assessing, developing, and implementing new processes and offerings to improve management skills and career development for managers and leaders. In partnership with talent management colleagues, this role will integrate organizational people priorities and enterprise-wide management and leadership development expectations into training and development offerings and engagement opportunities.**Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s required; Master’s degree preferred (e.g., M.S., M.A., M.B.A.) in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field.* Minimum 2 years in progressive organizational development, leadership development, or equivalent field required.* OD background and change management capability at the individual, team, and organization levels.* Proven track record of working with HR and business leaders to develop and deploy enterprise-wide strategies, programs, and processes.* Strong project management skills.* Experience with cultural competency and diversity / equity-related implementation projects.**Compensation**$76,732.20 - $95,915.25 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
