AltaMed Health Services is seeking a experienced Patient Service Center Manager to lead daily operations of the center and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. You will establish policies and coordinate with clinics and HR to align operations with regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes staff recruitment and onboarding, plus strong CRM and contact center experience to meet service goals and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of management experience, or a high school graduate with 5 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of contact center experience, 3 years in CRM, and 3 years working with call center/ACD systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Service Center.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, strategies and tactics for the center.
• Align with clinics and regulatory compliance to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and hire an appropriate number of employees.
