Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

• Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth potential.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
• Identify and communicate goals and objectives; measure progress toward results.
• Address improvement opportunities and promote continuous learning.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing contributions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics; promote a culture of integrity and belonging.
