• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders to meet staffing needs.
• Provide supervision, training, mentoring, and recognition to associates; promote inclusion and belonging.
• Ensure compliance with policies, uphold ethics and integrity, and support Open Door Policy across business processes.
