• Associates must attend and complete required trainings and assessments.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and the Open Door Policy while upholding integrity and ethics.
