Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Talent Program Manager to drive training and development programs for our Senior Living Operations Leaders. The role aligns business objectives with talent initiatives and collaborates with HR, leadership and SMEs to deliver impactful solutions.

The position focuses on instructional design, program evaluation, and scalable learning experiences across the organization. On-site Brentwood, TN location offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Education, IO Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in talent, learning and development, or organizational design.
• Additional years of relevant experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with talent and development programs across the organization.
• Assess and anticipate talent needs and communicate with HR, leadership and SMEs to deliver integrated solutions.
• Partner with HR to deliver value-added services reflecting business objectives.
• Design, develop, implement and evaluate talent and development solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
• Manage projects using ADDIE; monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Identify learning needs and appropriate delivery methods through performance consulting.
• Design and execute tools and processes such as learning portals and surveys.
• Leverage best practices to deliver training and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective implementation across operations.
