Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is hiring a Talent Program Manager to drive training and development programs for our Senior Living Operations Leaders. The role aligns business objectives with talent initiatives and partners with HR to deliver scalable learning solutions across the organization.

The candidate will apply instructional design principles, ADDIE-based methods, and performance data to improve leadership development and engagement. This is an on-site role in Brentwood, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Adult Education, IO Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' work experience in talent, learning and development, or organizational design.
• Additional years of relevant experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• APTD Certification preferred; OD practices certification (360 coaching, change management, instructional design) highly preferred.
