Brookdale is seeking a Talent Program Manager to design and drive talent and development programs for our senior living operations leaders. This on-site role in Brentwood, TN focuses on aligning business objectives with learning strategies and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Adult Education, IO Psychology, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in talent, learning and development, or organizational design.
• Additional years of relevant experience can substitute for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements and evaluates talent and development solutions with operational leadership.
• Applies ADDIE process and manages project timelines.
• Analyzes and reports talent data for senior leadership.
• Delivers training and development programs to leaders and staff.
