Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and Open Door policy.
Coordinate job-related activities with stakeholders; drive staffing plans and measure progress.
Maintain belonging culture and promote inclusion; support continuous learning and improvement.
