Job summary

Walmart seeks a results-driven leader in Tampa to recruit, supervise, and develop a diverse team of associates. You will coordinate staffing, mentor employees, and uphold Walmart's Open Door Policy while driving growth and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes facilitating training, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging across the store environment.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, completion of CBC and firearms training may be required.
For facilities with ammunition and state requirements, a current Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
Attending and completing job-required trainings and assessments is expected.

Responsibilities

Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and company growth.
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building stakeholder relationships.
Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates while upholding Open Door Policy.
