• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Attending and completing all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments with stakeholders.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop associates; promote a culture of belonging and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support Walmart’s mission and corporate ethics.
