Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent education and work experience.
• 1-2 years administrative experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets (40K+ rows) and reporting.
• LEAN exposure and program-management tooling preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establish coordination of program activities, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Develops detailed project schedules and tracks deadlines.
• Manage program inbox, respond to requests with service orientation.
• Create and maintain large data files in Excel for events and programs.
• Organize live and virtual programs, handling logistics and attendance.
