Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Talent Product Leader to design and develop an enterprise capability framework across individual contributor and leadership tracks. You will manage the full lifecycle of learning solutions, from user discovery and MVP prototyping to scalable delivery, governance, and integration with HR tech platforms.

You will translate validated capability data into standards, partner with HR and executives to diagnose gaps, and drive future-proof learning that scales across the organization

Qualifications

• Eight plus years in Talent Development, Learning Architecture, or related fields.
• Experience architecting agile learning systems and modular content.
• Strong ability to partner with HR and executives to set capability priorities.
• Expertise in AI-enabled learning design and content governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for the capability framework and evolve it as a live product.
• Co-create and ship blended learning experiences with content designers.
• Set strategic vision for core enablement programs and scale blended learning.
• Own modular content architecture and governance, including tagging and updates.
• Collaborate with HR and executives to diagnose capability gaps and prioritize investments.
• Write requirements for capability engine integration with HR tech platforms.
• Translate business priorities into actionable training guidance for stakeholders.
