• Experience building foundational programs from scratch.
• Ability to guide policy and architect agile solutions in shifting landscapes.
• Strong cross-functional, executive-facing collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the capability framework roadmap as a live product.
• Partner with content designers to build blended learning experiences.
• Lead modular enablement strategy and governance for content.
• Own architecture for modular content and tagging standards.
• Collaborate with HR and executives to diagnose capability gaps and prioritize investments.
• Work with People Technology to specify requirements for the capability engine.
• Translate strategic priorities into scalable training and guidance.
