Job summary

EnergySolutions is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development professional to design, implement, and continually improve programs that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with the Director of Talent & Organizational Development, HR, and business leaders to translate strategy into scalable initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in talent or organizational development.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise leadership programs.
Experience partnering with HR and business leaders to implement development strategies.
Knowledge of people analytics, metrics, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

Design, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development programs for leaders at all levels.
Coordinate succession planning, talent reviews, and development planning with HR and leaders.
Partner with executives to assess leadership potential, gaps, and development needs.
Develop and deliver talent analytics reports linking data to outcomes and growth.
Support culture-building, organizational design, and change initiatives across the enterprise.
