Job summary

Five Star Bank is seeking a Talent Management Partner to drive talent development and leadership initiatives within the HR function. You will independently manage programs, analytics, and learning systems to foster a high-performance culture across the organization.

You will collaborate with business leaders on career pathing, IDPs, and competency development, delivering engaging training and reporting on impact while supporting regulatory training and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including organizational development, learning and development, and leadership development.
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead talent management and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage performance reviews, objective setting, and 9-box assessments.
• administer and report on LMS activities using Docebo.
• develop learning paths and e-learning modules with ADDIE/SAM models.
• analyze survey and HRIS data to measure program effectiveness.
