Job summary

Corel Consulting is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support recruiting projects from job postings to placement. You will coordinate interviews, track progress, and maintain strong client relationships while growing into a Talent Consultant role.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in recruiting, strong communication skills, and comfort with Google Workspace, ATS/CRM, and AI tools. This is a part‑time, 1099 opportunity with a laptop provided and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Experience with third‑party, agency, or consulting recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions.
• Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and move candidates and clients through process.
• Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements.
• Join client meetings and recruiting discussions.
• Build relationships with client contacts and provide updates.
• Maintain Recruiterflow and internal trackers current.
• Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages.
• Support reporting, metrics, and process improvements.
