PRIME Electric in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruiting operations. You will manage job postings, prepare offer letters, track background checks, and maintain candidate data to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience, strong organization, exceptional communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of administrative, recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Experience using Lever ATS or similar recruiting technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support across all stages of the recruiting process.
• Create, post, and maintain job postings on internal and external platforms.
• Generate offer letters and employment documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding milestones.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications for hiring managers.
• Support early career recruiting initiatives and campus events.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and talent systems; prepare recruiting reports.
