Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in administrative, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Lever or ATS/HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team across all stages of the recruiting process.
• Create, post, and maintain job postings across internal and external platforms.
• Generate offer letters and other candidate-related documentation.
• Track background checks and onboarding milestones; follow up as needed.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support early career recruiting initiatives, university partnerships, and campus events.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in ATS and other talent systems.
• Prepare recruiting reports and metrics.
• Assist with talent acquisition projects and branding initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
