Job summary

Prime Electric is seeking a dedicated recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of candidate recruitment in a primarily in-person role at our Bellevue, WA offices. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate selections across multiple business units.

Collaborating with hiring managers, you’ll ensure a high-quality candidate experience and manage postings on various platforms while supporting college recruitment events and on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS (Lever preferred) and general recruiting processes.
• Ability to recruit across multiple locations and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and multiple business groups across locations.
• Manage external job postings across various platforms.
• Assist with college recruitment events and on-site presence.
