Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or HR support, a degree in HR/Business, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruiting process. This role is responsible for creating and managing job postings, generating offer letters, tracking background checks, maintaining recruiting data, and supporting candidate lifecycle activities. The Talent Coordinator also assists with early career recruiting initiatives, recruiting projects, and other talent-related programs while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting the organization’s hiring goals.
Work is primarily performed in an office setting with minimal health or safety hazards. Noise level and temperature is moderate. Minimal lifting or climbing. This position is expected to be fully in-person, onsite. Requires operating office machines such as, but not limited to, computers, copiers, scanners, and phones. Works in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving contract requirements.
Ability to read and interpret basic documents. Ability to write routine correspondence such as letters and memos. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders to support project execution.
Work situations require consideration and interpretation of circumstances or information to choose the most effective response. Solutions may be technical, yet relatively straightforward and well-defined once problems are understood.
$27 - $35 an hour
