Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Talent Communications Assistant Director to partner with business leaders and drive strategic communications across the Americas. You will develop and execute communications campaigns, storytelling, and engagement initiatives that inform and connect internal and external audiences.

You will leverage AI tools to deliver high-quality content, manage timelines and resources, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to advance EY’s business objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year degree).
• Bachelor’s degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute EY Talent Communications strategy with stakeholders to deliver strategic, targeted and impactful communications.
• Identify content opportunities, engage SMEs and draft/edit communications, securing reviews and approvals.
• Create strategic communications plans for the Talent function, coordinating with other teams for messaging and timing.
• Oversee execution and measurement of large-scale strategic communications programs across Talent areas.
• Manage Talent channels (emails, newsletters, websites, intranet, etc.).
• Leverage firm-approved AI tools to develop deliverables, optimize workflow and improve quality.
• Ensure consistent messaging across disciplines and channels, including social media.
• Present complex ideas and influence stakeholders with innovative solutions and alternatives.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and media when needed.
• Create communications for EY leadership to inform, inspire and motivate audiences.
• Work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
