Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Communications Assistant Director to partner with business leaders and develop strategic communications across the Americas. You will drive planning, content development, storytelling, and event-related activities to inform and engage both internal and external audiences.

You will leverage AI tools, manage timelines and resources, and measure impact while collaborating with Communications Leadership to advance business objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in communications or related major or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years relevant experience in communications or corporate affairs.
• Experience using AI tools for communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications planning, content development, and multi-channel delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage timelines, resources, and risk for complex communications projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to advance business objectives.
