Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Communications Assistant Director to partner with business leaders and develop strategic, multi-channel communications across the Americas. You’ll drive content, storytelling, and engagement initiatives using firm-approved AI tools, while coordinating with senior stakeholders to advance business objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the EY Talent Communications strategy with stakeholders to deliver impactful communications.
• Draft and edit communications, secure reviews and approvals with subject matter experts.
• Create strategic communications plans for the Talent function and coordinate with teams.
• Oversee execution and measurement of large-scale programs across Talent areas.
• Manage channels including emails, newsletters, and intranet.
• Leverage AI tools to develop deliverables, improve workflow and inform decisions.
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external audiences.
• Present complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders toward innovative solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and media where needed.
• Create leadership communications to inform, inspire and motivate audiences.
• Work independently with strong organization and time management.
