Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Communications Assistant Director to partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic communications across the Americas. You will lead planning, content development, and multi‑channel campaigns, leveraging AI tools to inform, inspire, and connect internal and external audiences.

You will manage projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive engagement initiatives across service lines and geographic markets, delivering measurable impact for EY

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year degree).
• 5–7 years relevant experience in communications or a related field.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to develop strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more communications processes, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Lead content development and multi‑channel campaigns across audiences.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and Communications Leader on plans and initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to deliver messaging, measure impact and optimize workflows.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and, when needed, media outlets.
