Job summary

EY in the United States (remote) seeks a Talent Communications Assistant Director who partners with EY leaders to craft strategic communications informing, inspiring and connecting audiences across the Americas. You will drive planning, content development, storytelling and engagement across multiple channels.

You’ll leverage AI tools, manage timelines and measure impact while collaborating with senior stakeholders to advance business objectives and strengthen EY’s brand and culture.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year degree).
• Bachelor’s degree with communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute EY Talent Communications strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and draft/edit communications with appropriate reviews.
• Create strategic communications plans for Talent, coordinating with other teams.
• Oversee execution and measurement of large-scale communications programs.
• Manage Talent channels including emails, intranet, newsletters and websites.
• Leverage firm-approved AI tools to develop deliverables and improve workflows.
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels.
