Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Talent Communications Assistant Director to partner with business leaders and drive strategic communications across the Americas. You will shape messaging, lead content development, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns that inform, inspire and connect internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities include planning, managing projects and timelines, leveraging AI tools to enhance quality, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to advance EY's business

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in communications or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute EY Talent Communications strategy, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to deliver strategic communications.
• Identify content opportunities, engage SMEs and draft/edit communications with required reviews and approvals.
• Create strategic communications plans for the Talent function and coordinate with other teams to optimize messaging and engagement.
• Oversee execution and measurement of large-scale strategic communications programs across Talent areas.
• Manage channels for the Talent function (emails, newsletters, intranet, websites, etc.).
• Leverage firm-approved AI tools to develop deliverables, improve workflow and inform decisions.
