Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Communications Assistant Director who will partner with EY leaders to develop and execute strategic communications across the Americas. The role focuses on strategy, content development, storytelling, brand awareness, and engagement across multiple audiences using AI tools to optimize processes.

You will manage timelines, measure impact, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to advance business objectives while shaping EY's external and internal narrative.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year degree).
• Bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the EY Talent Communications strategy and deliver strategic, targeted communications.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts and draft communications.
• Create strategic communications plans for our Talent function and coordinate messaging.
• Oversee execution and measurement of large-scale communications programs across Talent areas.
• Manage channels for the Talent function (emails, newsletters, websites, intranet).
• Leverage firm-approved AI tools to develop deliverables and optimize workflow.
• Apply communications knowledge to ensure consistent messaging across disciplines and audiences.
• Present complex ideas and influence stakeholders to consider innovative solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and media organizations.
• Create communications for EY leadership to inform, inspire and motivate audiences.
• Work independently with strong organization and time management to meet deadlines.
