Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Communications Assistant Director to partner with EY business leaders and develop strategic communications across internal and external audiences. You will drive planning, content creation, and multi-channel campaigns to support service lines, industry sectors, and geographic markets across the Americas, leveraging approved AI tools and senior stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in communications or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the EY Talent Communications strategy with stakeholders to deliver strategic, impactful communications.
• Identify content opportunities, draft and edit communications, secure reviews and approvals.
• Create strategic communications plans for our Talent function and coordinate messaging and engagement.
• Oversee execution and measurement of large-scale communications programs across Talent areas.
• Manage channels for the Talent function, including emails, newsletters, and intranet.
• Leverage AI tools to develop deliverables, optimize workflow, and improve quality.
• Ensure consistent messaging across disciplines and channels, including social media and external stakeholders.
• Present complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders toward innovative solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and media organizations as needed.
