Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year degree).
• Bachelor’s degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute EY Talent Communications strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and draft/edit communications with reviews.
• Create strategic communications plans for Talent, coordinating with teams.
• Oversee execution and measurement of large-scale programs.
• Manage channels (emails, newsletters, websites, intranet).
• Leverage AI tools to develop deliverables and improve workflows.
• Ensure consistent messaging across disciplines and channels.
• Present ideas clearly, anticipate obstacles, and offer solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and media as needed.
• Create leadership communications to inform and motivate audiences.
• Work independently while coordinating with Talent stakeholders.
