Job summary

Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation is seeking a Recruiter / Workforce Development Brand Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role partners with TSMC Arizona to recruit for technician careers and support regional workforce strategy.

You will travel regionally, engage schools and community partners, and represent the organization at events. The role reports to the Chief Innovation Officer and aligns outreach with hiring goals and confidential information protection.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in community outreach, recruiting, or public-facing roles.
• Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills.
• Experience building relationships with schools, community organizations, or workforce partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-the-ground representative at recruitment events, job fairs, and community events.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Build relationships with prospective candidates, schools, and workforce partners.
• Engage in school career awareness activities and connect with students and job seekers.
• Capture leads and channel candidates into the application process in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Track recruitment activity and progress toward hiring goals.
